Starting at L.J Hooker Ballina, under the guidance of his father Michael Shay, he was able to learn what it takes to be a successful agent. The opportunity to help people purchase their dream home and working hard to exceed sellers expectations is a position that Kent takes very seriously.In July 2003 when the company expanded to Lennox Head, Kent took the opportunity to become Licensee.
The Lennox office has a team of committed staff which Kent is very proud of both within the office and their efforts within the Lennox community.
